Got this TV not to long ago, while already having Sharp LCD and Panasonic 42" Plasma 1080p, but this is by far the best TV of them all, picture is incredible, design is very slim, one thing to note the threads for wall mount are in Metric, so I went through 3 wall mounts and none fit, I had to drill bigger holes in the OmniMount and use different screws.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This TV is not compatible with HDMI devices below HDMI 1.3. (This is documented in the User's Guide.) This violates the HDMI specification.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY NEW TOY I WILL RECOMMENT TO BUY ITS EXCELLENT
The new TV is great, looks marvelous and works like all Samsung Products Excellant. This is not my first Samsung product, I also have 2 cell phones and a video camcorder all work great.
This tv is good looking and just the right size for my little apartment. the reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it has no headphone jack. It also doesn't have enough in out components.
This TV replaced an old tube type set in our bedroom. Much sleeker package and much brighter picture. Setup was simple and actual picture quality worth the junp from LCD to LED.
Had only one place to install on our boat. This was an overhead compartment with not too much space when closed, but because of the slim profile this unit made the install easy, folded up in the stow possition and you don"t know it"s on board and when down for viewing it fills the cabin like being at the theater. (PS hope 3-D might come later in smaller sizes ).
