Out of the box, just how everything was packaged and fit together, I knew I had a quality product. The picture was great, as expected. Plenty of ways to hook the TV up, no user should be left wanting (HDMI x2, component, DVI (w/adapter), PC, USB, AV, cable/external antenna). Set up is a snap. The remote is a better design and better quality than the remote that comes with the 40" Sony LED TV. The TV itself is very light and mounts on an unobtrusive stand. It fit easily in the space designed for a TV of that size. It is a new line and the price was more than simple plasma or LCD TVs, but for me, I was getting plasma quality picture with LCD weight and power usage. Off axis viewing is great. Constrast is stunning. It is a small TV by today's standards, but for the size it is truly amazing. You can update the TV's software by downloading it from the web to a thumb drive and uploading it to the TV. Once wish (not really a complaint). Should be able to add a (non-proprietary) wireless connection to access the internet, download software automatically, watch videos on the web, etc. For the price, this could/should be part of the package. Sony provides a proprietary hookup on their new line of LED/LCD TVs, allowing you to connect via your home's wireless network. Overall very happy with the 26" LED TV, well done Samsung.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our living room is small so we really didn't need a TV with a screen larger than 26". My wife and I did some research on the internet and then went shopping at our local electronics store. WOW!, is all I can say about our reaction to the crisp, sharp picture of the Samsung 26" LED that was on display. Comparing it to the other TVs on display led us to purchase this set immediately. Although it did cost more than comparable size LCD TVs, the quality of the LED picture is well worth it. We really enjoy this set and last week we added a Samsung Blu-ray player to our entertainment center. Once again, WOW! I must admit that I was always a fan of the other major " S electronics " manufacturer, but seeing is believing and I'm now sold on Samsung. Michael K.
I like the product itself. Good design and features. However, I purchased this to use as a Monitor/TV, since it has a HDMI/DVI option. NOT a very good monitor option. I went with a more name brand and not impressed....AT ALL. I am using a higher end HDMI gold cable into a high end Video card with HDMI input (it's not the video card, as I tested with another monitor). Constantly shuts off as it drops the HDMI connection no connection found. Have to reboot the desktop A LOT!!! It would have been nice if an actual DVI connection was an optional out source.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, not a great led/lcd monitor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second Samsung TV I've purchased which says a lot about my opinion of the brand. Easy to set up and a joy to watch. Perfect size for my sewing room.
After purchasing the 46 inch LCD I was so impressed with the picture quality that I purchased the 26 Inch for the bedroom. At first I was very sheptical about buying a flat screen TV but had to try one. After seeing them on display I was quite impressed with Samsung and the price was in my range.
