I love the ease of cleaning, adjustable wipe down shelves, the freezer on the bottom and the door storage. I never had problems with the 1st one so wanted another one just like it. It is very quiet also

We bought this because it had the same cubic feet as our old refrigerator, but it actually has less usable space. The crisper drawers are much smaller--barely able to fit a sleeve of celery diagonally--and they are not as deep. The shelf covering them is narrower than the other shelves, creating a weird overhang effect, and the door has only 3 open utility shelves where our old fridge had four. The drawer freezer is perhaps the biggest disappointment, as it has way less storage space than our previous traditional style bottom freezer, and the handle kept falling off until we banged it solidly into place with a rubber mallet.

Looks are deceiving on the inside, lots of room for food storage.. Easy to remove shelves to clean and move items around if needed..

The refrigerator has very accesable features. I love the fact that I can open up the top and my milk can fit into the bottom part of the door. Everything about the top part I love! The only thing that I do not like about it is that the freezer seems teeny tiny. It would be better if the dividers were easier to move around. To me it would make it seem bigger. The design of the refrigerator is perfect. The cost was expensive, compared to others with the same size refrig., but the amount of room was not comparable to the others. The fact that it looked so open and that the shelves were not made from some really cheap material made me spend the extra money on this refrigerator. Like I said earlier the only thing I do not care for would be that there seems to be no room in the freezer. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator. The extra money to buy it is worth paying!

We love having the fridge on top for ease of access and keeping things at eye level. And even though the freezer drawers are hard to keep "neat", it seems to be a fair trade off for the fridge-on-top convenience. Also, the freezer keeps ice cream even harder than my dedicated freezer
