Ice In Freezer

I bought this Whirlpool Gold Bottom Freezer Refrigerator several years ago when I purchased my home.
Lately there has been ice accumulating in the freezer that sometimes makes it impossible to open the freezer door.
I am now worried that I will have water leaking out from the freezer onto my kitchen floor as several others do.
This unit is supposed to be frost free.
Very unhappy. :(

Constantly leaking

Built NOT to last

One would think when you spend $1400.00 on a new refrigerator it should last more than five( 5 ) years.Very very disappointed.

Great seal and temperature control

I have found that this fridge is leaps and bounds better than every top freezer fidge we have owned. The seal is so good you really have to tug to open both the top and bottom, also the temp is maintained extremely well. Plenty of space, easy to clean, and well lit. We are very happy with this fridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Freezer is small, fridge space is good

We had to bust out the separators in the freezer compartment. Freezer space is limited, further limited by the separators. The fridge is average; we had a larger one that was simply too big and had to go with this smaller model. It functions the same as its competitors, design is bascially the same. It's not as noisy as our other larger fridge, but by no means it is a silent fridge. It has its buzzes & pops.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been pleased with this fridge . The top section is spacious and easy to access. The bottom freezer section allows for easy organization of frozen items. It has performed well and I have confidence in Whirlpool appliances. Have had very bad experiences with other brands and will now only recommend Whirlpool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this fridge/freezer mainly as a beer fridge in the garage. I didnt want alot of "features" or "innovation", just a simple clean design and good quality. It is perfect for me.

Being short,I really love the pull out shelves.The room in fridge and freezer are more than I had expected I really like the gallon pockets in the door that I can a just to the height I want.I have opened it several times to make sure it is running,love the guiet
