Great Product

I love my new refrigerator. It has lots of space and shelves can be moved to accommodate large items. Love the drawer style freezer. I can easily figure out what I have. I do notice the motor noise when it is running. That's why I only rated that as good. Not loud enough to bother me. Overall love the refrigerator

Since the kids were had passed through the climbing stages we were in the market for a new refrigerator to replace the one with the broken door shelves. We were very interested in a bottom door freezer model that also provided energy savings. This model was exactly what we were looking for.The noise level is barely noticeable. In fact the only time I know it is running is when the ice cubes drop. Our stored food has remained at a consistent temperature. We have even been able to purchase produce that we need at a future date while it on sale due to the length of time it remains fresh.The only drawback that I have noticed is the length of time it takes to make ice. It is probably a normal amount of time but with a family of six I goes quickly.

Excellent performance so far. Appreciate the thought that was put into the design. Drawers open when front door is only 90 degrees open. Draws can be pulled out, sit on the little shelf just in front, and easily slid back in. Ice cube size is great. The slight belly in the outside of the front door keeps the handle from hitting an adjacent wal and making a dent.

The design was rated poor, because the entire freezer compartment has to be disassembled in order to reach the defrost pan drain.The refrigerator came out of the box with a clogged drain. This caused ice to accumulate in the bottom of the freezer drawer. This went unnoticed until the ice sheet was thick enough to cause new defrost water to leak unto the floor.

I replaced a refrigerator that had the same configuration as my new Whirlpool. I could not believe how much more food it would hold! I would recommend it without any hesitation.

This product has plenty of room and with the freezer on the bottom it reduces the bending over to get something from the refrig. Especially for people with weak backs.
