I purchased this refrigerator primarily for the energy savings, however have been extremely pleased with how easy it is to use and how much it can hold. I used to have a side by side and didn't think I would like having a bottom freezer model, but I absolutely love it. I can see everything inside the fridge, even items way in the back. The temperature settings were very simple to figure out and I haven't had any issues with items freezing or staying to warm.Would definitely recommend this until to someone else. It's sleek and modern and really changed the whole look of my kitchen.

Whirlpool has been a favorite for years. It still is. This product does what is expected without problems. The bottom freezer is designed well. The top refrigerator is a treat. We have always had the opposite or a side-by-side. We love this arrangement. We will continue to favor Whirlpool in our appliance searches. Over the years we have had great luck and have confidence in Whirlpool.

I love the fridge. Wish the freezer door opened/closed better...it easily gets cocked to one side. Make sure you pull from the center. Great amount of space. Very quiet. Nice lighting.

Thus far, we've been delighted with the refrigerator. It replaced our 17 year old one, so we have larger capacity. When I accidentally (and was scolded by my wife) left the freezer door slightly ajar, it frosted over. After it was properly closed, it defrosted in about two days. I had to remount the door so it would swing the way my wife wanted it. There were no directions for dismounting the handle in the literature provided, but the information I needed was on the website in the manuals section. We love the capacity and having the refrigerator on top is great. The freezer works fine and the double basket design makes everything accessible. I credit the salesman at Lowe's for helping me find the "perfect" (my wife likes it) refrigerator. I like the positive closing and it runs quietly.

Purchased this refrigerator based on product reviews and past experience with Whirlpool brand appliances. We hit a home run. This product is exactly what we were looking for. Love the design and performance. It is being utilized in a vacation rental home where we rely on product performance to enhance our guests experience. Also, the energy efficiency level ensures that we save money in the long run.

The refirgerator has very good space utilization. The freezer portion is somewhat confined due to the position of the icemaker. The noise level could be reduced. The reversible door handle has left some scratches and dents in the stainless steel front where the plugs for the bolt holes are located. They are not offensive but noticable and has been commented on by visitors to our house.
