Solid unit and very reliable

We went into this expecting to buy something different not confident in what we were getting. We walked out buying this one knowing it was the right choice We have owned it for a few months now and we love it. It is quiet and solid. None of the parts feels cheap. Just be careful with the bottom part of the freezer. Anything with a box will snag the pull out basket if your not carefull. That's the only flaw I see

This refrigerater is exactly what I was looking for at the time. It is easy to see all shelves, great ice maker with filter, and all drawers and shelves are in view when the door opens. Designed for people who have difficulty bending over.

Bought this in February when my old refrigerator went kaput. Loving this one!! having the fridge on top is the best!! You can see everything so easily!! This was a great choice for my family.

After having a crummy used refrigerator with missing drawers and shelves for many years I couldn't wait to get my new Whirlpool into our new house. It looks great, is easy to organize and holds everything we need. Energy saving is a bonus too!

I love the accessibility of this refrigerator. However, it's difficult to get past the "loudness" of the sounds it makes when producing ice and it seems like it's always on. This can be very annoying. Also, I have to remember to physically close the door, since it doesn't close by itself, as most do. Some even have a little alarm that goes off if you leave the door open. I must say, though, for the price of this product, it fit the bill for us.
