Works Good thus far!!!

We have only had this new item for a few months, but like it so far. Freezer on bottom makes using the top refrigerator portion easier to use and we can now see, and find, items without bending over. Doors have plenty of storage room and can even hold the larger type wine bottles. Overall, we are pleased with this item thus far...

This refrigerator was the replacement for a n 11-year-old one that was here when I bought this house. Having the freezer at the bottom is the best feature. By pulling the drawer out I can see everything that's in there! The glass shelves easily adjust, there are 2 big bins for produce and plenty of storage on the door.

The maximum amount of refrigeration and good size freezer to fit in the space in our home. It is quiet and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. We know from experience that Whirlpool gives us the best product for the money.

Consider an extended warranty

I enjoy the functionality of my first refrigerator with a bottom freezer, but am distressed that the compressor failed just before the one year warranty expired. Ovell quality is good.

Love the design of freezer on the bottom and fridge on the top. I wanted a single door for the fridge vs the french double door and not many makers had that design. I'm happy with all aspects of the appliance: ice maker works wonderfully and freezer and fridge temp controls keep foods at desired coldness level. Glass shelves and see through bins are easily cleaned and accessible. Door storage is convenient and spacious.

We selected this refrigerator over several others because of Whirlpool's great reputation. It is incredibly spacious, meets all of our needs. and it's operation is wonderfully smooth and quiet. We buy most everything based on the manufacturer's reputation and when the fridge recently required a very minor adjustment one of their local service technicians solved the problem quickly with no effect on our food. This is not the first Whirlpool appliance that we have owned and certainly will not be the last.

Great basic bottom freezer with one flaw

I wanted a basic bottom freezer fridge without all the bells and whistles that I don't need, but was energy efficient and nice to look at. This fits the bill and I am very happy with it, except for one major flaw. The front gets scratched VERY easily. After a few days of having it I noticed scratches and there aren't even children in the house. So although I would recommend the fridge, it needs to be known that it will get scratched and quickly. I had to place a few magnets and pictures in strategic places to cover them. I wouldn't recommend for a family with kids that are going to be moving magnets around and touching the front door often, as kids do.

Lots of Space in both refrigertor and freezer

I bought this refrigerator last year because of the layout of the refrigerator. It is big and you can move the shelves around to meet your needs. Lots of room on the door and three storage bins which helps with organization. The freezer is very roomy.
