Why did I wait so long to replace my old energy hog refrig?

I had waited to replace the old refrig we had until it gave its last gasp- running non stop for 2 days! Enough! I had "put up " with the freezer on the top forcing any refrig space to almost floor level. So many times things got "lost" on the bottom shelf. I had declined an automatic ice maker with the old one due to the issue of it taking up so much space.I now have the luxury of auto ice maker- love it. The food in the refrig is up where I can see it and the freezer is huge. Better living through engineering. But the big plus is lower energy use. Thanks

Very good refrigerator with bad drawers

We like everything about this refrigerator, except that the drawers fall out when you open them, irrespective of how careful you are. (Husband's take: The drawyers could be designed with better stops.)An egg rack on the door would be nice.This machine is very quiet. The door seals are very good.

love the finish

We knew we wanted stainless steel finish but were afraid it would be difficult to keep looking nice. We love the finish and it is easy to keep looking great!I have never had a bottom freezer and hadn't considered one until the salesman said he had one and found it easier to see objects in the refrigerator with it being higher. He pointed out that most people frequent the refrigerator much more often than the freezer. We are so happy we followed his logic and find the freezer is easy to fill and see the frozen items easily!

I love the bottom pull out freezer, easy to find what I need. I can say the same foir the upper refrigerator area. Having everything at eye level is great. I'm not a tall perrson, and seeing/viewing items in the back of the freezer and refrigerator is so much easier.

Timely design features

A much appreciated design. I have severe and chronic back problems, so with the bottom freezer, I don't have to bend over so much to view or retrieve items from the refrigerator section. Additionally, we have found that frozen items such as ice cream and ice cubes to be colder than in our previous model with the top freezer.Although not annoying, the ice maker does make more noise than our previous model.

I love this refrigerator. It is big enough to hold our groceries since we shop once a month. It is easy to see what is in the refrigerator. I love the freezer drawer because of the ease of use. It is very quiet and is everything that we wanted in a refrigerator.

I love this fridge and everything about it except that it doesn't have a filter for the ice maker. It sometimes makes a squirrelly sound when the water or condenser is filling., but not anything major.
I would recommend this to a friend!
