Overall the refrigerator is a good product and we are staisfied with it. One issue however is the difficulty in opening the refrigerator door immediately following a door opening of either the freezer or fresh food compartments. It takes quite a tug to get the door open. Another minor issue is the sound of the unit late at night. I can hear something that sounds like popcorn popping for a short time. I don't know if this is a defrost cycle or other activity or if there is a problem or not. The unit runs well overall and seems to keep an even temperature in both compartments. It is fairly quiet except for valve fills and ice harvests. It is somewhat difficult to clean beneath the freezer bins but the fresh food compartment has very good access which is the main driver for our purchasing this unit.

I love my new fridge

The seal around the door makes it hard to open, but I am sure in time it will loosen, and I know how important a tight seal is. The ice cube maker still makes plastic tasting icecubes, and I have dumped the box many times to let it fill again. My grandkids get into my freezer to easy when its on the bottom.

This is our first major appliance purchase for our first home. A friend of ours has this fridge and highly recommended it. Aside from some freezer issues in the beginning- the light was off for the first month or so then all the sudden worked and things were always covered in a layer of frost/ice- we have been very pleased with the fridge. The ice maker works great, having the food at eye level is so convenient, and the outside appearance of the fridge is sleek and does not get fingerprints too easily (although we don't have kids so I'm talking about adult use). Highly recommend!

My dream refrigerator

The fridge is the perfect height - it is easy to view the contentes and to reach for what's inside. The shelves are a snap to arrange and re-arrange to accomodate taller bottles and cartons as well as bulkier foods like a turkey or large pots of soup. The bottom freezer door slides out easily for access to the entire contents....I find that much more convenient than a door that swings open to one side. This refrigerator has a lot of space inside yet is very energy effecient. I haven't had a single regret about this purchase.
