This fridge is very well made

I bought this fridge after extensive research, especially focusing on other purchasers comments, most of which were very possitive. I found this to be a very well made unit with all of the features that I wanted and needed. I would have preferred a slightly larger freezer but I was limited as to space in my kitchen. This model was by far the best buy for the money. I am very satisfied with it and recommend it highly. The only knock on it is it is a bit louder than I would hope but only by a little -well within the acceptable noise level range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drain Problem

Same as everyone else. Drain plugs. Ice builds and leaks on floor. Never again Whirlpool!!

I LOVE my Whirlpool refrigerator. It is not the first I have owned and if I ever need another it will be a Whirlpool, bottom freezer again. Love the way the shelves are so easy to move around to meet my needs; and so easy to clean.

This Whirlpool refrigerator is nicely designed and functional with a solid build that should last for years. On the downside, the stainless steel finish, while attractive, shows fingerprints and smudges easily, and there is a slightly higher level of noise when the appliance is running than our last Whirtpool refrigerator. The icemaker is a little awkward to use so we did not connect it. Still, the matching appliances make for a very attractive kitchen suite that makes our kitchen shine.

Spacious interior

There is so much more space in this refrigerator than our old side by side. Large bottles and cartons fit easily in the door leaving room for other items on the shelves.The ice drops into a bin in the freezeer at the bottom of the refrigerator. There always plenty of ice available unlike the ice on the outside of our old side by side.This was a great buy for us.

I love the design and space allocation of the refrigerator. No more endless searching for items and stooping over. Love single door verses French door design. Easier usage and finding of items. only one side to look at door and only one door to open. Love freezer on bottom, since we go into the refrigerator more often. Also the freezer space allocation and design is easy to spot items and to fit foods. The design is simple and beautifully fits our home fine but simple and a mix of traditional and modern. It runs quietly, and is more energy efficent. We replaced it because we had to replace the dishwasher and needed it to match and it was more energy efficient and a design I have been wanting for some time...my justification for an updated refrigerater. The old one, 17 years old, wasa Whirlpool also, worked fine and was a great purchase .

Simple and Elegant!

Out new Whirlpool Gold Bottom Freezer Refrigerator is spacious inside, and easy to see what's there. Elegant design all around.I love the bottom freezer, as it is easy to stow items and visually give you a view of all that is there to pick from.
