I would recommend this product to someone. It seems to run alot and is a little more noisy than I expected, however, the design and quality is excellent!

After 12 days the freezer shut off and all our meat thawed out.. Called the repair man and was told they all did it and there was no way to fix itsomething about a computer. It came back on by itself but we have no way to know when the next time it will thaw out again. We sent it back to the store and I am sure they sold it to another unsuspecting poor soul.Also it was impossible to keep the fingerprints (etc) off of the front.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The space we had to put in a refrigerator was defined, so we were limited on what we could choose. After looking at all brands that fit our measurements, we decided on the Whirlpool, bottom freezer. I didn't think I'd like the freezer on the bottom, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I love having the refrigerator on the top - that's where we go most often. It saves me from bending up and down so many times a day. The look, convenience and quality are great. I'd recommend this to everyone.

After looking at several different models, this model was picked primarily for size in comparison to the space available, as well as its performance ratings. It has great interior space and the icemaker in the bottom freezer works great. It is very quiet and appears to be fairly sturdy.

Purchased this bottom drawer freezer by Whirlpool to replace a side by side. Excellent space, nice clean look. Stainless easy to keep clean. It is great for someone who cooks a lot. Freezer works very well and is quiet.

I had a whirlpool refrigerator for 15 years and I finally decided to get a new one. The old one still worked but I was upgrading to stainless steel. I of course went with Whirlpool because of the quality I had with my old one. I used Consumer Reports to find this model. I am extremely happy with this refrigerator. It makes lots of ice and has tons of refrigerator space. We love the look of the stainless steel and it is easy to keep clean. You can't go wrong with this appliance.
