This product has great features

The look and quality of this refridgerator are great. I thought it was a good idea for the freezer to be on the bottom and for the price of the appliance to come with an ice-maker. The ice-maker is not user friendly in an office environment. Ice is hard to get to and spills over nto the storage bin

I like this fridge but I always have to make sure that the freezer closes all the way other wise ill wake up in the am and everything in my freezer is frosted. It seemed like my old fridge would like suck closed when you shut it. It is also very noisy.

After using the refrigerator for almost three months, while I like it, it does feel lightweight in terms of quality. I hope it hold out. Main negative is loud noise when the motor first turns on. Annoying. Also, there is no vacation button which I've had in other refrigerators. Lastly, the delivery man would not connect ice maker which should be a part of any installation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always wanted a bottom freezer and this one is great for the price! Excellent room in the fridge but it does lack space in the freezer.

I have had the displeasure of having to purchase 2 refrigerators in the last 3 years. The first was also stainless, and supposedly energy star rated, but it was a horrible machine (Not a Whirlpool). The stainless was probably only 24 ga, and every time it was bumped it dented. It showed every fingerprint to come within a foot of it. It ran non-stop, and noisily. That brand's customer service said that's how the new ones are made. Nonsense. It became unbearable, so we researched for another, and came across this awesome Whirlpool Gold refrigerator. It is sturdy yet stylish, the stainless is thick and rarely needs wiping down. It was designed with practical shelves and lots of room. The internal temperature is stable and the keepers do their jobs well re: humidity settings etc. The bottom freezer has an upper rack, so you don't have to pile all your frozen goods on the floor then play hide and seek with the food.it rarely runs, but when it does it is at a volume that I can hear only when the house is extra quiet. My bedroom is right next to the kitchen, but it's never kept me awake. I have praised it all of my friends, and I have no hesitation in recommending it in a public forum. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this!

Better than most non-French-door bottom-freezer units

Performance is very good (temp control, energy efficiency). But, compared to our previous fridge, vegetable and cheese drawers are unacceptably small. You cannot fit a head of lettuce or cabbage in these tiny drawers. Also, the unit is quite noisy when the compressor kicks in. However, we were unable to find a better non-French-door bottom-freezer unit, so we will have to get used to this unit's defficiencies.

We needed a new refrigerator with more room , plus we wanted a model to save energy. This one fit the bill. The refrigerator is very roomy especially where the shelves are all adjustable as are the door shelves. The drawer is perfect with the pull out wire drawers inside the drawer. It has an ice maker that we don't need, but can be removed easily. Works great. So happy we choose this model over others we looked at.Although we put sound level as a con below, it really isn't overly loud. We only hear it when it cycles on but is usually fairly quiet but you can still hear it. It's not annoying by any means.
