I love this refrigerator!!! It operates quietly and the ice maker is very easy to access and works well. The refrigerator is very roomy and it is easy to see everything. This refrigerator is very easy to clean and to adjust the shelves for your needs. The energy savings is a great feature. I will recommend this refrigerator to family and friends.

We were skeptical about purchasing a refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom, but figured anything would be better than the side by side we had. The top freezers just didn't seem roomy enough. Now we're so happy with our purchase. We love the refrigerator at eye level, and it has so much room. It makes hardly any noise at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

we have water running out the bottom of the fridge every 2 days. it will get a sheet of ice in the bottom. even if we keep the ice out it still leaks all over our hardwood floors. i would never buy a whirlpool product again.

I an enjoying my Whirlpool Gold® 22 cu. ft. I have more space for more food and enjoy than my old 17 inch. My automatic ice maker is also nice to have.The Whirlpool Gold® 22 cu. ft. is the perfect size not to big and the lower Frizzier is nice because I use the frig more.

Love the refrigerator being above the freezer

Love everything about this refrigerator except the noise from the compressor when it is either defrosting or cooling the frig. It has at least 4 different humming sounds. I realize it sits on a tile floor which may augment the sounds; however, I am sure if it were to sit on carpet it would still be noisy. Can't wait til the technology develops a compressor that is soundproof.

There is ample room in this refrigerator for large bowls and trays if one needs to store them for a limited amount of time on the shelves. Also the storage on the door can hold many large items also especially on the bottom shelf which is a nice feature. The bottom drawers have a tendency to fall out of the tracks when opened to the fullest extent, which can be a nuisance at times. Have only had this product for 5 months and have had no problems thus far.

The refrigerator performs well and is easy to keep clean. the design makes good use of the space. I was happy to find a model with a bottom freezer.. Seems to be good.. I just hope it will last for a long time it doesn't seem like refrigerators have the quality parts that used to be in refrigerators.

Would never buy again

We bought this refrigerator 2 years ago in August. It needed to have a computer board replaced the next august, right before the 1 year warrranty expired. Two weeks ago, I noticed a strange noise (a humming) coming form it and the next day, I noticed there seemed to be some of the food in the freezer part was frosting up. We called for service (fortunately we had just purchased a 3 year service contract) and they came out 4 days later to look at it. They told my wife that they think there is a leak between the top and the bottom, but didn't have the right tools to check it out. They will be coming back out this Friday, 2 weeks later to fix it (hopefully). We liked the design, but very disappointed in the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
