Freezer hard to clean

Happy with the over all product. The instruction were a little obsquir in how to change the handle over from one hand to the other. Lift up would have been helpful.

The freezer on the bottom is great. Just the right size for a smaller family or retired folk. And, with this design, when the door is open on the fridge, I can see everything.

Purchased about 3 months ago. I have an open concept kitchen at my lake house and needed a fridge that did not claim the kitchen. It is extremely functional, large, energy efficient and best of all easy to keep looking beautiful.

Needs better engineering

The refrigerator works great, but a design defect (which has an "easy" fix available - but not automatically supplied by Whirlpool) allows the defrost water outlet to plug up, eventually glaciating across the bottom of the freezer and onto the floor. I have requested the kit to fix the problem from my supplier, but have yet to receive it.

Easy on the back!

Purchased unit 7 months ago. Live bottom freezer as most times we are getting into refrigerator and look at exactly what is needed at eye level. Great interior layout and love large bins in door
