The refrig works fine, but it is not as quiet as I had expected. Also, I thought having the freezer on the bottom would be a huge benefit. Turns out the advantage of having the refrig closer to eye level is canceled out by the inconvenience of having all frozen food jumbled in one drawer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this over a year ago and have no issues at all! It is quiet, runs efficiently and love the bottom freezer. I am a Whirlpool gal!

I have had my new refrigerator for 4 months and I just love, love. love it. It is so roomy and so easy to find things. With the freezer being on the bottom, nothing gets lost in the refrigerator, everything is at eye level. The freezer is very easy to access with it's pull out drawers. Would I buy it again? Most definitely!

Suits 2 retirees perfectly.

This refrigerator is perfect for two retirees as the low freezer configuration enables us to access most items in the upper cooler unit without bending. The shelves, drawers and door storage areas are clean, simple and easy to manage.

Love this refrigerator

I bough this refrigerator to replace an old side by side and I love it. The freezer is very big, can easily fit a large turkey or large roast. I love the freezer on the bottom because it means I can see that the items I use most often without bending to find something on the bottom shelf.
