The only problem I have so far is that there is no door stop and the door swings open and doesn't stop. Other than that no problems yet.

I love more having the fridge on top. It is more convenient for me to see what is in my fridge. The freezer is larger than I expected.

Extremely quiet and flexible layout. Ease of access superior

We recently purchased this refrigerator to replace our similar model and sized unit. We have really been impressed by the total quiet performance of this Whirlpool appliance. In addition, it is much more spacious than our previous 22 cu ft model and really like the flexibility of shelf arrangements and the ability to store new giant-sized beverage containers. The pull-out freezer drawer no longer buries frozen items in the back for years and we are really enjoying that aspect of the unit most. Pleanty of light throughout and just a great design. We were so impressed, we replaced our Bosch dishwasher last week with a Whirlpool Gold series dishwasher. Really enjoying that model too and couldn't be more quiet.

I've always wanted a bottom freezer...

This was the only brand that I could find without French doors. We have a small space, but needed a large regrig. The freezer on the bottom is a very nice way to go...it has a wired bottom, so if you drop an ice cube, it goes to the floor instead of digging to find it. The only problem with the refrig, the upper part, not the freezer, is keeping it cold enough, without hitting freezing. It has a number system to pick your temp (exp 1-7), versuses a knob to turn, so I haven't found a happly setting, yet, even though we've had it close to 2 mos. The ice cube maker is loud, but except for when it drops the cubes, you can tune it out. The filtered, to filter the water before it makes cubes, is fantastic. With our last refrig, we could only make cubes a few days before we were going to have guests and hope they weren't too picky. If I could design a refrig myself, I would make a few changes...but there are a lot of options to choose where you want your shelves to be to fit your items. The only option you do not have is where to put your cold bins...ie fruits and veggies (and for us, cheese and lunch meat). One of the biggest reasons that we bought this version, is that it comes in white. Most everyone else carries steel. I'd rather go to those bad colors in the 60's, than have steel.

Best refrigerator I have ever used or owned. Freezer on bottom easy to reach into and the upper space is bright, spacious & easy to reach everything. I am a average tall person who used upper freezer with main compartment below for 40 years and it was a constant problem of locating items by bending down to reach back into the refrig.

I am very pleased with my Whirlpool Refrigerator, it is easy to see everything that is in is so less food goes to waste. My only complaint is the noise of the ice maker, but even that is not so bothersome that I would hesitate to recommend it. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

I love the basic design, the slider drawers the ice maker, the 2 different doors, the space is excellent.2 challenges: 1. the slider bottom drawer is oddly shaped I bought cloth squares to put in it to be able to arrange my froozen goods and the sliders to make a space bigger or small did not slide I ended up tossing them2nd challenge: the bottom drawer handle does not stay on

Ease of use and separation of food products

I like the fact that the "fridg" part of my refridgerator is all on top with the freezer on the bottom. i can store everything easily and at eye level. When I open it up, it is easily accessible with lots of storage. The different shelves allow me to allocate each one to certain products. For example, any raw meat/poultry I put separate on one shelf before cooking it. another shelf for my pet products, another shelf is for all of my creams, butters, jams, etc. I love having the room to separate everything out.
