this product scratched our floors, when it was set up the levelers were not put into place. we were told by our floor guy that they even existed

Overall a very good unit. Love the freezer drwaer concept.

Would never go back to freezer on top design after using the freezer drawer. The wire rack in freezer drawer is very convenient. Love the French doors which give complete access to all shelves and drawers in refrigerator section.

This product is very noisy

I am very disappointed with the noise level of this product. I liked the bottom freezer in my old refrigerator, a Kenmore. I find the drawers in this one difficult to access. I do like the shelves. The drawers in the refrigerator are "flimsy". I would not purchase it again.

Just what I was hoping it would be. No fear that the door will be closed correctly. Bottom freezer roomy and convenient. Very pleased.

This refrigerator has performed well for the period of time that we have owned it. However the door handles have the habit of falling off with regularity, but they are not difficult to reinstall.
