This product is extremly spacious.

Used to have a side by side and was worried about not have enough space in the freezer for the new whirlpool refridgerator. Wow was I suprised. I have bragged to several friends and family about how much room is in both the top and bottom of this refridgerator. After the holidays we had numerous leftovers and the top of the refridge still looked like we had alot of space available. Love how the bottom freezer shelf/baskets are deep enough that you can stand boxes on their sizes for more room and visability.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Freezer is small

I have owned this refrigerator/freezer for over a year. The freezer is deceptively small. We have already had to replace a tube in the freezer because it cracked and leaked water onto the bottom of the freezer, which would then freeze into a sheet of ice, and the melt and leak onto the kitchen floor. The freezer really doesn't hold much food because of the drawers in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All of the food we have in this refrigerator is lasting so much longer than our old one. It is so much quieter too! Very happy with this product.

Excellent refrigerator space. Customize the shelf height to fit your needs. Gallon of milk fits on the door. Freezer space is limited but on the plus side you dont over buy food causing frost bite to buried food. Ice maker is awesome. Energy saving is a delightful perk :-)

Poor freezer design

I own a much older version of this refrigerator and love it, which is why I bought it again. The difference is that the top freezer drawer slides back when you open it, and you have to pull it forward to get what you need(like ice). It doesn't sound like a big deal, but is VERY inconvenient. On my older model it slides out with top drawer in place for easy access, much better design!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think all refrigerators should have a bottom freezer it's much easier since people get into the refrigerator part far more and the freezer less. Thanks for thinking of people with back problems.

The refrigerator is well laid out and easy to see and get to all items. This design appears to hold more food than my last refrigerator of the same size. The food on the top shelf does get much colder than the rest though. The freezer design could be improved; the drawers are a little awkward and don't hold much.
