This product is excellent.....very quiet even when ice making and very rarely hear the cubes fall.....and ice is always full.

Great Refrigerator

Overall I am very happy with this refrigerator. I love its energy efficiency. The top refrigerator portion is spacious and the adjustable shelves and bins make it a snap to organize things. Glass shelves also make it easy to clean. The humidity controlled storages works well.My only complaint is that I wish the bottom freezer had more space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love that I can adjust the shelves to the height on each side to the position I want.I also like the baskets in the freezer that helps organize the items to see and find things easily as well as storing them efficiently.

Really enjoy the spacious design and two veggie crispers that allow humidity control which keeps food fresh longer. Ice maker works great and refills quickly. Enjoy the energy efficiency. Level 4 keeps everything cold/frozen even during the hottest summer months. Well lit so everything is easily visible. No more lost leftovers turning into a science project! Having space in the door for gallon containers makes for easy retrieval of milk, etc and saves so much space for other food. Would buy this fridge again and highly recommend it to anyone. We have a narrow, short space for our fridge but you would never know it using this appliance. Thank you for meeting and exceeding our expectations!

Freezer portion and sound levels

The freezer isn't designed very well. You can't put much in it. If you put to much in the drawer the items get caught up trying to pull it out. I sound levels are much higher than I though they would be.Sincerley,Joy Ropel

Overall I'm satisfied with the refrigerator. There are a few things that need to be addressed though. I had to have the stainless steel refrigerator replaced once due to an outside dent in the door. The replacement frig also had a minor outside dent on the top of the bottom drawer. The doors have a lot of suction and at times I have to pull very hard to open both doors. I don't know if they can be adjusted. It is a little noisy and I wish the bottom freezer drawer was solid instead of an open rack.

After having a top freezer refirgerator for the past 26 years, it took some getting used too but we are absolutely loving our new bottom freezer refrigerator
