Great split/adjustable shelves

I enjoy the ease of shelf configuration to accommodate whatever size/shape container I am storing. Deep door shelves free up a lot of interior space. Crispers have kept produce at a very consistent temp/humidity. Bottom freezer is convenient; we don't have to constantly bend over to access produce. Sliding freezer tray is great for things that don't need to be accessed frequently and helps keep freezer organized.

I luv my new refrigerator. It is so roomy. was not sure if i would like the freezer on bottom but its great. much easier to get to ice too.

Solid Fridge

I absolutely could not wait to get a bottom freezer fridge when we moved into our new house. This was actually our very first purchase. This fridge was a little big to get inside, but we managed. I love everything about this, except I would have liked to have more shelving in the door and a little, teeny, tiny more space in the freezer. I don't use the icemaker, so some of my space is taken up with that. SS does show more nicks and scratches, but I still love the look of it. Was definitely worth what we paid.

This product has some great features

I would absolutely love our new refrigerator if it didn't have outside cosmetic issues that could easily be rectified. The plugs that are used for the holes where the handle was should be stainless steel capped and the silver screws where the hinge was switched should have black caps. If that is such a hard thing to do, then you should have the option of having a left-handed door or a right-handed door which means you would have to make half and half. I asked if I could switch out the door to one that didn't have the plugs at all and it would open on the right. Was told that was not an option. Hard to recommend something when the outside appearance isn't acceptable. Even your logo is too big. Why not advertise on the inside of the refrigerator with your logo. A smooth looking front would be beautiful. I know that we could get that if we purchased a more expensive unit, but we are a retired couple on a fixed income and I know your products can be the best.

We really enjoy our new refrigerator. Having the freezer on the bottom keeps us from bending to see what's at the very back of the fridge. It's great to have so much room for trays and big containers. It has taken us a little time to get use to the freezer with its slanted back in the bottom part. I have to lay items down in this freezer that I use to be able to stand up in my old freezer. The ice maker always has plenty of ice, though, which is important to us. We also like the fact that it's a drawer - slides out easily. Overall, we would recommend this refrigerator to anyone. We only wish we had more space in our kitchen so we could have gotten a bigger one!

The lower draw door handle does not fit securely.

The door falls off too often! Every other person has the drawer handle slid off and must be replaced; to only fall off again!

Keeps our food super cold and our energy bills super low :) Enjoy having the freezer on the bottom. It has enough room for a large pizza. And it's very quiet. I've never heard a peep from it.
