This is my 2nd one. First one was noisy but somehow it quiet down. I gave it a second chance and bought another one and so far it is very good. Nice and quiet. There are no small compartments in the freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The stainless steel is impossible to keep from streaking. Freezer is smaller than the old one I had on top. Vegetable bins slide all the way out too easily. I like the fridge on top, and it is arranged well. Fan making funny noise after about a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We like the look and design. It makes a bit of noise, but is minimal, considering this is our first ice-making refrigerator. Stainless steel smudges easily. We have always found the bottom freezer a convenient option.

The single door saves a lot of money off the purchase price. It is a roomy frig . I love the bottom freezer. We go into freezer much less than the frig, so by having the frig on top, everything is at eye level, and reduces having to bend over.

We love having everything above the freezer. No stooping over or shuffling food around to reach what you are looking for. Very accessible.The freezer on the bottom is a major plus. You are always in the refrigerator section more than freezer,it only makes sense. Yes we love it!

The first thing that impressed me about this refrigerator is that it is American made, then I am so pleased with the space in this refrigerator. I like that you can not only adjust the shelves, but you can also adjust where you want the compartments on the door to suit your needs. I have never before had a bottom freezer and I thought it would be "OK" but I have come to really like it much better than I realized I would. The sound the refrigerator makes when running is relatively quiet. It is when the water fills the ice dispenser that I wish it were a little more quiet. Other than that, I very much like all the features of this refrigerator.

I looked at this fridge in 3 big box stores with 5 different salesmen at different times of the day. All had similar complimentary remarks on this product. I can tell you I love finding items inside, the openness of the shelving, and the ease of cleaning. It is quiet, saves on electricity and given this was my first purchase of such an item, I would do it all over again! Good job whirlpool, and thanks for building quality products.

The highest energy efficient refrigerator

The Whirlpool appliance came with the Tier 3 energy star rating.This is the highest energy efficient ratingof any refrigerator. This excellent appliance reduces mycarbon footprint and saves me on my utilitybills. My local utility company gave me rebatestotaling $100. 50$ because the appliance wasthe most energy efficient (Tier 3 Energy Star Rating)and 50$ for responsibly recycling my old appliance.
