Bought as a replacement

We bought this refrigiator as a replacement for one that was only 8 years old. Hopefully this one will last longer. Other than being a little bigger this refrigerator is identical to our last one of a different brand. One feature that seems like a plus, esoecially to delivery people, is the pop off door handles. Unfortunately, the handle to the freezer drawer has poped off twice when trying to open the freezer. This may be a weakness. Time will tell.

its a great refigerator freezer door is at the bottom has a lot of space and i love how it pulls out instead for swing out so your kids cant hang on the door. would have liked a place for the eggs and more containers on the door to store more product.

Kinda miss my old fridge

This is a good refrigerator, and fine quality, but I'm not a huge fan of this style. The bottom drawer freezer seems hard to organize in a manner that will still allow for it to shut. Although I suppose it is good, the seal on the door is so good, it is almost hard to open without a good tug. I purchased the suggested cleaner, but I don't find it to work that great, and the smudges and fingerprints still drive me crazy. Lastly, I miss the filtered water built into my old fridge.

Good performance, hardware problems

We did not have space for one of the new 3 doors. This model is more compact outside, yet the ref. and freezer sections are quite large. Performance has been up to our expectations, however there is a problem with the handles. Both the ref and freezer handles came off in our hands. We had service once, but the problem persisted. We just had a 2nd service call, and so far, the handles are staying attached. Keeping our fingers crossed. We've also found that the ref door is occasionally VERY hard to open (indicate good seal?)
