Exactly what I was looking for!

Since we get into the refrigerator a lot more than the freezer, this design makes sense for us. The bottom pull-out drawer freezer is easy for my husband to use as he has bad knees and needs only to bend over, not crouch down. I use the big shelf at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment to organize things. I just realized two of the shelves actually pull out, so I'm moving those around to better utilize. The doors racks are huge and sturdy.As another reviewer stated, it did eventually make a frog-croaking noise, that was the icemaker gone out. My husband says I might have let something fall into the ice bucket that hit the wire and caused it to bind up, of course I deny that, but it's probable so don't ever let that happen. Either way, Whirlpool sent out a repairman and he replaced it.I bought white because everything else in this house we bought is white and now I see that white is the new trend for appliances!

The only thng that I am not happy about is the shelving on the door. Another shelf would be great, and there is room for one, so space is wasted.

I love the lay out of this refrigerator and having the freezer on the bottom is fantastic. I read other reviews and they had issues with the noise.My thought was "all appliances make some noise", but this is way beyond loud. I actually thought it was a distant train going through town and it was actually the refrigerator. It's even woke me up during the night so this thing is quite noisy
