Drips.

Water/ice dispenser in door drips. Constantly. Drip tray is also insufficient to catch drips.

We are mostly pleased with this GE product . It does have a few features that badly need changing to truly be an excellent one. The controll touchpad for the water, and ice, is much too sensitive. Sometimes when someone walks by it it even changes settings The other thing about this feature is that it does not light up until you push a button to get something.This needs to be corrected for often it is too dark to even see the choices.
We purchased this " counter depth " model not realizing that the door width was not counted in the numbers. This needed to go into a very tight spot in our new kitchen .We believe that this was false advertising to call it "counter depth ".
The door being curved at the top interferes with the overhead cabinet , and our builder had to account for that . This was not practical designing .

Very pleased with refridgerator. Only bad thing I can say is that it makes a bit of louder noise at times for a short period.

Perfect size

We just purchased this refrigerator to replace a 2 door top mounted freezer unit that came in the model home we purchased. This counter depth unit is the perfect size and offers plenty of storage. The freezer section holds a tremendous amount of frozen food. One of the features we love is the tall water dispenser. It allows us to fill tall gasses or a pitcher with ease. Perfect for our Arizona home.
