This is used to print on card stock paper as well as regular paper products. Website easy to order. Shipped quickly. Printer easy to set up and use. Preset brochures, envelopes etc., were printed as I set them up. The information on the printer specs and comparisons were helpful as well as the customer comments about their experiences. I have had the printer about 1 week so I am not sure about the ink usage yet. Color is very intense. I didn't have any problems with the printer doing the copy or scanning. It worked like it was supposed to. One never knows how that's going to go. I like HP products and will recommend your products. Thank you HP!

Great replacement printer

This HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One Printer was purchased to replace my Officejet 6110xi that was not network capable. This new printer is sleek, smaller, prints very well. Setting up was a breeze. Connected the ethernet cable, assigned the IP address via menu screen and applied the drivers to the PC with the provided software disk. Had the netork setup and printing in no time. The only thing I did not like was the ink catridge ports. It is a tighter fit, and was not user friendly to snap in. Overall, I highly recommend this printer.

IT'S A OK MACHINE FOR A HOUSE THAT DOES LITTLE FAXING / SCANNING. THE BUTTONS ARE TOO SMALL. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY, AND GET ONE OF THEIR BETTER UNITS. YOU'LL BE MORE HAPPY. I'M GONNA SEND THIS ONE BACK, AND DO SO.

I got the product I wanted thinking everything came with it, but true to form I had to purchase something else to make it work for me. I was missing the plugin cord that go's from the officejet to the computer that make the thing work, every thing else was there,
