Only 2 of ALL in One

A good product. The cartridges dont last very long. The printer did not come ready formatted for faxing therefore does not have that ability. I genuinely thought the product with all of the ALL in One systems included.
Read the small print and confirm your requirement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your comment – the Officejet 4500 does come with built in faxing capability – please refer to the manual found here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01991014.pdf. In order to benefit from lower running costs please consider the XL black cartridge which has a great page yield (CC654AE).

it was a very good purchase i pay for it 100% it nice and small i use it for my business in my restaurant you don.t need then big one,s like what you see in office this one do the job ,

sorry i bought this printer, slow printing loading tray easly to break to noise when starting up oh! and ink expensive

Most diappointeing purchase

Having had a number of HP products over the years, inckuding two previous printers, we naturally chose HP again as we have always been very pleased with everything we have purchased in the past. Not so with this model printer. The first one went wrong after five days, and the replacement is not much better. It is temperamental, slow and flimsy and appears to use up ink cartidges much quicker than our previous printers which each lasted for over 6 years before they broke down! I would not have another one of these!

This is the 5th printer I have owned and I rate it the best yet , very economicle , easy to use and reliable, would recommend it.

This all in one printer, scanner, fax machine does what it claims to do and was so easy to setup. I have only a minor complaint and that is that I think the paper holder /feeder could have been just a little bit more robust as my wife and I keep knocking it off its locations. Apart from that the print quality is just as I would want and everything is easy to use and accessable especially with regards to removing and changing ink cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wasvery pleased to recieve a HP scan/printer for Xmas. I have used it and am very pleased with the quality of the copier, scanner and direct printer fron my laptop. I still have not managed to get it to print directly on my own. My son in law helped me the first time. I think the instruction booklet should have an idiot section for older people like me to be able to understand. Simple instructions are needed!!!!!
Time will tell. The first printer I ever owned was a HP I then wasgiven a printer by another company but it did not compare in cost efficiency or reliability. So welcome home baby.
