great printer copier scanner

neat product that just seems to do everything. colour scanner is particulary impressive with good colour rendition. print speed is good for normal home use for both colour and monotone.
Wireless feature makes printing from laptops easy. Printing from i-pad not so easy as this is not recognised as an air-printer.
Could do with a cover as it attracts dust to shiny black surface.
Controls are very simple. Not tried fax facility.
Cartridges (1 tri-colour, 1 black) supplied lasted quite well - about 3 months of light use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gonna keep it short cos I'm busy working but for the price this printer was Amazing!! and actually when I bought mine I was given a USB cable :)
Then again what more can you expect from HP? They excell in everyway

warning ! the ADF scanner is poor !

the overall quality is good !
BUT THE ADF scanner doesn't GET the first 5mm of the pages !
This is insane for an ECM !!
I would recommend this to a friend!

NO USB CABLE

I was very surprised to find that this product does not come with a USB Cable.
There is no way to use this printer when you purchase it without buying a USB cable separately.
This is the first printer I have ever purchased, which you cannot use straight away, it was very strange.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm VERRY unhappy with this product.
TROUBLE, TROUBLE, TROUBLE, I'll never buy another one of these.
Paper goes in crooked & just now it started flashing it was shutting down & we had to unplug it to stop it, then plug it in again to get it going again.
I was very happy with my previous printer (HP)
but NOT this one.

I've had problems with this all in one device since I purchased it. Today I have no scan options. Printing envelopes is impossible. Last HP for me!
