It was OK for a few months, but now paper jams all the time even after following internet search fixes. Inks very expensive for a set.

Simple to set up, easy to use - both hardware and software. Not had it long enough to experience cost or longevity of print cartridges. Does exactly what it says on the box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good, solid printer

This is a nice printer. Lots of features for the price and good software to support it.
Really like the wireless capability.
However, even though it's a good printer, HP are obviously making their money on the ink costs!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cant say a right lot apart from the best purchase I ever made.I had previously had several printers over the time,and had nothing but trouble with them,mainly colour printing and especially photos.The inks were expensive and did not last two minutes and the colours were rubbish.There are two cartridges in this H.P. printer,lasts ages,colours excellent,the print quality is superb from wording to full A4 pictures.What more can I say other than .BUY ONE.

This is the best printer I've bought so far. It's easy to use, and if paper gets stuck it's easy to clear the jam,
The one thing that is not so good is the ink cartridges are very expensive.
I've worked out that the more you pay for the printer the cheaper cartridges.

This the second HP printer I have brought & this one is a complete mare.....cannot connected with the wireless set up to my lap top !! @ one stage all was working well when all of a sudden the wireless connection blips out of action ??? I've read over & over again ALL the instructions & more & ticked all the correct boxes etc, I had it working back to normal !! for one day (24hrs) , then it decides to blip out again....I shouldn't be reloading (if it will let me) it EVERY time I want to print something from my laptop.....I'm thinking a hammer will come in handy soon............

the Product is good but i was expecting it to be more rapid. it's shut down program is very low. it takes too long to shut down. apart this, it good.
