Excellent little machine with a large capacity to handle, straight forward and simple to use. Cope with most things for everyday use.

this product is very good expecially the after sales services, I do get a lot of support from this company when i was having problem installing the printer, I will reccomend it anytime to friends and colleagues.

easy to set up,works very well,only downside is when not plugged in date and time go off which is surprising goes back to default and even when used does not reset

Horrible product

I gave it away as the printer was never recognised by my computer. I had to uninstall the software, and re-install almost every time I needed to use the printer.
At one point in time I had 6 priters installed on my hard-drive.

the product is fantastic but not cost economical to run. the ink catridge is quite small and expensive as it requires frequent replacement.
you probably might need to review the design of the ink catridge and its compactment to large scale for economy of scale to consumers.
do this and blow out competitors. great product

Luxury!

I have endured printers & faxes & photocopiers & scanners in my home office for many years, then saw this machine at a silly price so I gave it a try.
What a capable friend it has turned out to be! Everything I hoped that the other items promised, but never quite delivered, suddenly was on my desk, with simple, intuitive controls.
It performs wonderfully, giving a quality that still makes me smile. Thank-you!!

Easy to use, etc. Only one criticism: The paper tray is flimsy and easily knocked out of its fixings. Otherwise, superb.
