Disappointing

When working (years ago) I held HP in high regard, and they were my first thought when I needed an instrument. Since buying this printer (the only one available on a remote Greek island) my view has changed. My first Brand X printer a decade ago could enlarge or reduce documents. This can't. The ink is ruinously dear. Admittedly, it's very fast, and the paper shoots out with such vigour, it skips the tray to land on the floor. Documentation is deplorable. There is no response to E-mail enquiries, just more advertisements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The 4500 printer works as well as I anticipated - setting it up and never getting the wireless function to work was and is frustrating.
the set up instructions are not user friendly ( to me anyway) and I have never resolved the wireless operation and after a while i just lost interest and used a cable - which was not the plan as there are laptops dotted about the house.
So I would recommend the printer but I would add a warning about the set up instructions.
And I keep writing these reviews but no one from HP has yet taken me by the hand and walked me up the yellow brick road of satisfactory installation of the wireless system.

best 3 in 1 ive ever had

this 3 in 1 printer/scanner/copier is the best I have ever had and I had a few the added ability to wirelessly print allows my kids to print easily when the come back from University. very good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Machine is fantastic because the replacement ink cartriges come with new print heads which makes the printing clearer all the time. Let us hope that the 6500 series will be improved upon. Iy is the best I have had so far from HP.

I am more than happy with this product, It was simple to set up and easy to use, the wireless facility makes life so much easier, the printer was priced for a budget. overall an excellent buy.

What a load of rubbish, over complicated and a bit to heavy to throw out of the window.
The last HP printer that I shal evere purchase
BE WARNED

keeps comming up out of paper when there's plenty paper in tray.
