Good Choice

The only reason I bought this printer was that it was reduced in price and cheaper than the one I intended to buy but I'm glad I changed my mind and I'm really pleased with my purchase. I spent about 2 hours trying to install the printer which was very frustrating and in the end I gave up on the installation CD and download it from the internet which took about 15 minutes. I do quite a bit of colour printing and photocopying and I'm pleased with the colour quality. I haven't yet changed the ink cartridges so can't give any opinion on how long they last. For a home printer/copier this is a good option. 4 Stars only because of the problems trying to install the printer using the CD.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nightmare installing to Windows 8. Whats the point of having a disc when it wont read it.

Good printing for the first 2 weeks then the problems started. Keeps coming up with "ink cartridges not installed properly and paper jam". There has never been a paper jam and I have re-installed the ink cartridges half a dozen times. Not only that, but I have uninstalled the soft ware twice ( then you have to re-align the cartridges each time) and downloaded all the up to date drivers. It does still print nicely BUT I still get the annoying messages that the ink cartridges are incorrectly installed and sometimes "paper jam" when there isn't one?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst printer EVER!!!!

This is by far the most annoying printer I have ever bought. And silly me, I thought that this was going to make my life easier. NOT at all. Paper jams constantly, network connection disappears constantly, takes ages to pick up the printing orders. DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER PLEASE.

One of the most finiky products. I have to turn it on and off every couple of days for the printer to printer. The wireless connection is the worst.
