Really good product

This all in one printer is a good buy for me inexpensive and it looks good to the ink cartridges are good value to , easy to install not a complex machine at all , a good all rounder

Early days yet, but a good start. Easy to use, good results for the price. Nice photo printing. Time will tell!
Only criticism so far is that a pop up box appears on my computer screen saying would I like an update, but it doesn't do anything. I can only get rid of it by switching off. I cannot find how to solve this problem. Very annoying!

Not a happy experience

Wireless remote - great I thought. Installed OK, but forever coming up with faults. Align Cartridge, Paper Jam, Wrong Cartridges, Two way coms not available, etc. All of which are totally without foundation. I have to leave my desk and pretend to carry out fault reinstall and replace paper. A real pain. The print quality is superb. I have an old HP PSC 500 which is totally reliable, being reinstated, until this unit is exchanged.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor performance

This printer looks the business but does not deliver. Regularly makes clicking noises when first started and reported this and have to do re-build on it every time, which is not satisfactory. On first print it makes an incredible noise and sounds as though it has lost its way. the noise is very load and does not sound healthy. As under warranty I have tried to get it replaced but without success, so not good service this time from HP which is very unusual.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

On third replacement so far

The printer was a good price and when working is great (although juicy on ink). However the product keeps breaking down and we are on our third replacement printer so far. The HP customer service have been very helpful and accomodating and have quickly sent out replacements but the product is of poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little machine. Performs well and for the price is well worth it. Replacement cartridges are pricey though!
