Fantastic product

I have found it easy to set up and so easy to use. My old printer was H P and I would not consider any other brand. Thank you H P for my super combo wireless printer come everything else as well!

NOT IMPRESSED . Wireless intermittently works though printer next to router and all wireless devices still working. Having to restart spooler every day...two page and two-sided print does not work. Bought from Tesco..abysmal!! Would give zero if I could.

JUST BOUGHT A HP OFFICE JET 4500 AND I HAVE GOT TO SAY IT IS SO EASY TO USE.JUST PLUG IT IN AND AWAY YOU GO NO MESSING ABOUT EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS SO EASY. PLEASE DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING ON THIS ITEM I USE IT ABOUT 6 HOURS A DAY AND WHEN I SAY 6 HOURS I WORK 10 HOURS BUT USE IT FOR A FULL 6 GOT TO SAY BEST ALL IN ONE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT THANK YOU ALL AT HP.

keeps losing conection with my computer.tells me my ink cartridges are not in properly when they are.cant get the fax working.

It is easy to use, prints & copies quickly.
Had a job to get Injets in at first, hope easier when I have to relpace them.
Goes into a sleep mode when not in us, if you do not switch it off.

having bought this printer had problems after a week or so when it would not operate properley. I got in touch with hp and within a couple of days they sent me a new printer which has been brilliant for me so i am very happy with my product and would recomend hp to all my family and friends

I bought this a few months ago and up till now I have not been able to fix wireless printing problems. I have gone through whatever changes and instructions received by me through HP, but I have not been able to print wirelessly.

Poor quality.

Both the printer and the supplied software are very poor. The printer falls well short of HP's taditional quality. Flimsy plastic body, doesn't sense the papaer in the sheet feeder and the feeder will not handle more than about 20 sheets of paper. The HP Solution Center software hangs and once I was forced to power off my PC from the switch. Just lucky nothing was damaged. Would NOT recommend this device.
