the simple matter is that it wont load the paper and it dont work. only had it less than a year, not pleased

Bought 4 of these in total, after giving two as gifts to friends and getting great feedback :)
The printer is quick and easy to use, with just two print cartridges and doesn't take a lot of space on the desk.
Nice machine!

Early days yet but for the price we now have a wireless printer, which can copy, scan and fax.
Bought extra printer cartridges as I was not sure if the printer came with ink ( it does )
Prints well and used the wireless function already.

the printer is excellent, it prints photographs beautifully and copying documents is simple and copies are excellent.

Very happy with it, prints fine and the only reason i gave it 4 stars as sometime if you print multiple pages then on few ink spreads out. It happend only couple of times. Other than that very happy with it

very disappointed with this product - goes to sleep can not switch back on unless the power is switcheed off/on.

Overall, it looks good, small & compact, good quality prints, however noisy start up, and no sd card input. But good purchase and gloss finish looks very good.
