Great support

The printer did evrything it was supposed to for the first month then I began to get error messages about the cartridges. The HP support staff could not have been more helpful and although I ended up with a replacement printer I am now pleased with both the printer and the support available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Product

So easy to install - just followed the wizard and it was done. We have four different PCs connected to it around the house, three Macs and one Windows, and all work with it without any problems. Quality of print is excellent. I have seen some reviews talk about paper jams - I haven't had any at all. Occasionally our Broadband connection drops (BT home hub) but the printer always seems to re-establish the connection when broadband comes back.
I was a bit wary of getting a wireless printer but I've been really pleasantly surprised.

Good Choice

I have a 'desk-top' PC and my wife has a 'lap-top', every time she wanted to print something off she had to 'hard-wire' her lap-top into my old HP printer... this 'wireless' one is the answer! It does exactly what it says on the box so we are now both happy. She can print from any place in our home without bothering to use a 'cable'... Good piece of gear and very happy with it's performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this printer a couple of months now and it does what it says on the box, with hindsight I should have bought a duplex printer. A personal choice not a failing with the device
The set up was fairly straightforward although a couple of times I found myself pressing the wrong button. Operator error.
One niggle is the paper feed and the drop point for printing. I have mastered the paper feed now and do not overload it and give it an little nudge to make sure everything is in place. For the printed material it is important to have the capture tray fully extended, failing to do so results in paper going everywhere.
222 pages printed and new ink installed today to both colour and black and white.
On the whole a good buy and proving effective.

I have had this replaced because my first one kept going wrong,now the replacement,which I think is a repaired unit still will not work properly and we get some weird noises from this one similar to my last one,as per my original unit this one keeps jamming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice printer - so far - good quality prints & good speed
Real problems with wireless connection - kept vanishing from the network and needed completely rer loading
have opted to connect via USB and it seems to be fine
Non wireless is not a problem for me - but anyone who really requires wireless connection in their workspace might find setting up this product & keeping it on the network a tad frustrating
