Great Product

I wanted to purchase this Washer because of the size and brand name and was totally surprised at the number of options. I just love this washer especially the hand wash and steam cycles. It has a delay wash program which I set up the night before and when I get up my laundry is done and waiting for me. I have had this washer for a few months now and I would highly recommend it to everyone. It does a great job for whatever washing task you may have.

Wonderful Washer!!

We took delivery on this LG washer along with the matching gas dryer a few months ago. So far, so good and my wife is constantly amazed at the capacity of the washer. She is always thinking she will overload it as it keeps on telling her to "add garments", however, it just keeps on taking bigger and bigger loads.
I am amazed at how quiet it is throughout the wash cycle, although, the cycles are certainly longer than with our previous top load. The clothes come out nearly dry as a result of the spin cycle, so the drying time is much quicker, even when we air dry/line dry many items.
This machine just eats up comforters, blankets, etc. and I don't mean that in a bad way, but rather in a good way! We are able to wash things in this machine that we would never have been able to do in our old top load dog. The steam option and allergiene setting are very nice options as well.
Definitely get the pedestals as this model they made it so the machines actually attach via mounting screws to the pedestals to keep them from shifting during operation.

Best washer ever

This washer is capable of large loads, saves time in the drying cycle with an incredibly thorough spin cycle, and saves money with less water and detergent use. I like the benefit of a low-sudsing detergent not causing skin irritation. Clothes come out much cleaner. The steam feature is also great to reduce wrinkling, or to sanitize clothes when needed. It comes with a ton of programming features that will take a bit of getting used to, but that's just a matter of time.
We needed to move the dryer that we own to the other side because the washer hinge is on the left, but the hose that it comes with is centrally mounted and long enough to handle the reach (we bought hoses just in case, but will return). LG thought of everything.
Price is a little high, but that will be compensated in the long run.
Highly recommend.

IT HAS SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS

After it was delivered and set up, I washed a load of coloreds, a load of whites and a load of towels. It was so easy to use. The washer's spin cycle was so fast and so quiet. I could hardly believe it was on. The clothes were almost dry when they finished the was cycle which made the dryer time less. I have hopes of getting the matching electric steam dryer as soon as the washer is paid off. The washer ran so quietly and cleaned so well with no vibration it truly surpassed my expectations.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality, Style/Design, easy to use, it was at a great sale price!

I replaced an 10 year old top loader with this washer and it's matching dryer. I am fascinated with how well it cleans the clothes with such little water. I spent about a month researching washer/dryers and settled on this for the value. These are not cheap, but they are packed with the latest features and work very well.
