Awesome Phone

This phone has everything I need. It is fast with the 1GHz snapdragon processor and runs WM 6.5. The biometric scanner makes it easy to unlock while keeping your phone secure. The LG S-Class UI gives you three home screens and you have the option to use it or the WM 6.5 default Titanium Plugin. Both work very nice, but personally I like the S-Class UI better. Since it is WM it is easy to customize. The screen resolution is WVGA (480x800) and looks great. The camera is a 5.0 MP and takes great pictures. There isn't a 3.5 mm headphone jack, but it does come with an adapter that you can hook up any 3.5 mm headset to. The keyboard is nice, but I got to get used to it since I had the Incite before this phone. The battery life is not as good as my Incite, but with more power I expect the battery to drain quicker. The only other drawback is you need to open the task manager to close most programs. Overall this phone is awesome and I would recommend purchasing one.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable, lg s-class ui
Cons: battery life, need to enter task manager to close most programs
I would recommend this to a friend!

A very nice business phone

I moved from the iPhone 3G to the LG Expo. I found it to be very nice and professional looking. It was sturdily built and the keyboard was average compared to other phones I've tried out. Some parts of Windows Mobile 6.5 were hard/to small to use, i have big fingers, without a stylus. Navigation was easy thanks to the touchscreen and fingerprint scanner/d-pad, however WM 6.5 isn't the best OS in some aspects. I wouldn't recommend this phone for people who enjoy music and media because the phone doesn't even have a 3.5 headphone jack. the battery life left something to be desired but over-all it was a very nice phone. I would put it on the same level as the Touch Pro 2 and the Blackberry Bold 9700. It's one of the best phones AT&T has carried and the eventual add on Mini Projector will make it even better.
Pros: durable, good for texting, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Two poor keyboards, poor call quality, weak battery

I was excited about the purported features of this phone. But then I got it, and found it lacking. I use this phone for business communication, so I use text, email and phone functions throughout the day. The first thing that I noticed was thminiature touchscreen keyboard. I cannot use my fingers to type a text/e-mail without several errors. I have had to revert to a stylus pen (the kind I used in the early 2000's) in order to type or select on the touchscreen. The slide out keyboard isnt much better. Because the keys are long and flat, there is a very high likelihood of hitting multiple keys if you are trying to type faster than 3 words per minute. With the Bluetooth activated and a full days worth of texting and e-mails, I cannot go from 6am until 4pm without plugging-in to a car charger. And let's not forget that this is a Windows-based phone, so I have to pull my battery to to a reset at least every other day because the phone freezes-up. I have had four smart phones, and this is the worst one that I have ever had the mispleasure of using. Good luck and God help you if you choose this phone.
Pros: camera/video quality
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy, freezes, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs, call quality, qwerty keyboard, no headphone jack, poor apps
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
