This is a pretty good blu-ray player for the price. Decent quality, and the networking apps work as advertised. No real complaints thus far, and I've had it for about 8 months.
Pros: Performance, easy to use

Affordable Quality Blue-ray

Overall pleased with this product. For the price it delivers an excellent picture and sound. And, I like the selection of online media from Cinema Now, Vudu, Netflix, YouTube, Picasa and Pandora. There have been a few Blu-ray discs from Netflix that have not played on this player. The case feels a bit too lightweight to me. And, I wish Hulu was an available online selection.

Great Blu-ray player

This is a great, inexpensive Blu-ray player. We use it primarily for optical discs but have used it with the Netcast services as well. This is the first Blu-ray player that I have had experience with and I'm pretty happy with it. The image quality of both standard dvds and also Blu-rays is great. I actually have a copy of HP6 on both DVD and Blu-ray and find it fairly difficult to see a difference in the two discs when played back to back as the upconversion on this player is so good. That was a pleasant surprise as I have a fairly large dvd library to work with.
Streaming works pretty well for both Netflix and Pandora. We have an LG tv that we use for Netflix most often so don't use that feature on the player, but the tv does not have Pandora as a Netcast service, so we use the player for that.
The player is fairly easy to use and works well. Well enough actually that we gave one to my in-laws for a Christmas present this last year.

LG Blu Ray Player

This was a great LG product, we use it all the time. We researched it on Consumer Reports and LG received a high rating. I am looking forward to replacing some of our other electronics with LG in the future

This is a great little unit. Not high end, but is perfect for playing discs. Network access is a plus and was easy to set up. Highly recommended.

Purchased this BD player because it was recommended by Consumer Reports. It’s easy to use and does a good job of upconverting SD DVDs. For less than $100, shipping included, you can’t go wrong, and it matches the style of my 50PK750!

I was looking for a feature-rich but budget-friendly Blu-ray player a few months ago when I found this one. After checking reviews online and features in person, this turned out to be the clear winner. The only feature it doesn't have that I've come to want is an upgrade to NetCast that would add Amazon video; the only problem I've had is not being able to sign into Picasa (but I only have one photo posted there, so I don't really miss that!)
