Not sure how I can sanitize items when it is vertical. It always turns off. I know it’s a safety feature

Very Nice Size

So far I've only used once but feel confident it's doing the job. This is my second Verilux UVC wand. I bought one years ago that is a lot bigger and has a rechargeable battery and I like it so much I wanted one a little smaller to travel with. It seems like a quality product.

It is very easy to use. Instructions are understandable. This is not a criticism, but one disappointment is that there is no way to know if it is doing what it should. You have to take that "by faith". I suspect there is no solution to that.

High quality UVC wand

I wanted to replace an old UVC wand with a Verilux brand. The new wand seems to be higher quality. I hope this unit lasts as long as the old one.

If the effectiveness is true as advertised, I think it’s a good, useful device to clean mail, newspaper and other items brought into the house during this time of virus concern.
