The only reason I didn't purchase my Keurig Brewer sooner was because I love my daily Starbucks Latte' with foam. Now with my recent purchase of the milk frother I am in Latte' Heaven. This is one of the best purchases in addition to my Keurig Brewer that I have made.
Pros: Quality Construction, Easy to fill, Pours Cleanly, Easy to clean, Attractive design, Well Insulated
Cons: Not Dishwasher Safe

Not worth the price

I used this frother only a couple of times when the stir shaft snapped off. Poor quality part, poor design. For this high price, the product should have been much better designed and manufactured.
Cons: Flimsy Construction

I bought this product about a month ago, and already it stop working. The milk stirrer stop working, the milk would get hot but no foam would be made. Called the company, explained the problem, and I'm getting a new lid with the stirrer.
Pros: Easy to fill, Attractive design
Cons: Price

Whisp broke when used for 4 or 5 months

I love the frother, but it broke within several months of using it. Customer service was good about handling my problem, but I have to wait five to ten days for the replacement part (the whisp). Shipping speed needs to be swifter to make me a happy customer. I need my coffee in the morning and will miss my lean alternative to creamer. Keurig: you need to ship NEXT DAY, instead of having me wait nearly two weeks. I also hope the next whisp does not break.
Pros: Easy to fill, Attractive design
Cons: Difficult To Clean

I have had no problems with my frother and have owned it for almost 2 years. We have frothed milk with our coffee every morning! A tip for Sundays...add a half an ounce of Bailey's with your milk...it's delicious!

NOTE THAT ALL THE HAPPY REVIEWERS HAVE ONLY HAD THEIR FROTHER FOR A FEW WEEKS. THERE ARE FAR TOO MANY REVIEWS OUT THERE THAT SAME THE SAME THING - THIS MACHINE STOPS WORKING AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. ENJOY IT WHILE IT LASTS, BUT GET READY TO RETURN IT.

Worked for about a month

I thought it was the best purchase I have made...great custom latte's every morning at home...then after about a month, it stopped frothing. It would heat the milk & make it slightly foamy; apparently the whip is no longer spinning fast enough. I had been careful not to get the top wet; I was doing everything right, but it just stopped working properly. I would never have paid the high price for merely a milk warmer!
