I truly cannot understand the negative comments on this frother!? I am so confused. Why do folks think it's hard to clean. Just put some water and a tiny amount of soap and clean the thing gently without getting the external parts wet. Why is that such a problem? I really just don't get it. It is small and very pretty to look at. It makes absolutely perfect hot froth (with skim milk OR half n half). It's as good or better than Starbucks froth. Because you can't dunk it in a sink full of water or throw it in the dishwasher, folks think it's tedious to wash. That's just silly. I have had it four months now. It works perfectly. I highly recommend this to anyone that likes wonderfully hot milk or cream in their coffee or tea. If my husband and I don't use all the froth that it makes, we put it in the fridge and then re-froth it the next day; still perfect. LOVE this frother!!! I like to add a sweetener to the milk or cream before frothing and then froth. I then pour the froth into the bottom of my large coffee cup, then make the coffee allowing it to brew over top of the sweetened cream.... YUM!!!
Pros: Quality Construction, Attractive design, Well Insulated, Easy to fill, Easy to clean
Cons: none

I've had this frother for at least 3 years. It's gone through various phases of use but I've been using it daily for the last year and LOVE it. I do find it a little difficult to clean, but have found that a stiff baby bottle brush is the best item to get into the corners and clear the whisk piece. I have had one instance where it appeared that it stopped working. The whisk was stuck in one position. A quick manual twist of the stem of the whisk freed it up and I have not had an issue since. Results are HIGHLY dependent on how much milk is put into the caraffe. I find that half-way between the minimum and maximum frothing lines result in the perfect froth.
Pros: Easy to fill, Attractive design
Cons: Difficult To Clean

Excellent results but one must be diligent in keeping an eye on the bottom for burnt milk! Easy solution for cleaning is to leave water in it when not in use, add a SINGLE drop of liquid dishwashing soap, fill to first 'max' level w/water and run it for a cycle. A quick wipe, rinse, and you're done. Stainless finish looks great too! Use it almost daily x3-6 times, all ok so far for last 3 months...
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Burns milk

This is awesome -- no guesswork, nothing to dismantle to clean. Cleaning is easy -- just rinse after you use it, maybe use a bottle brush. Works with 2%, soy, cream and skim milk equally well. This is my favorite kitchen appliance, next to my keurig coffee maker.
Pros: Pours Cleanly, Easy to clean, Easy to fill, Attractive design, Quality Construction

My mother in law bought one of these and I was so jealous that I ditched my other latte maker for a Keurig machine and Frother. I am very very happy with the combo and variety of bold coffee that is available. The Frother is soooooo awesome. I am very very careful and clean the frother right away. So far no problems. I was a little worried after getting it as I have read so many poor reviews. I am hoping mine lasts more than 3 months because I will cry if I can't use it!
Pros: Well Insulated, Attractive design, Easy to fill, Pours Cleanly
Cons: Difficult To Clean

I have owned the Keurig frother for over a year. At first I was unsure how to clean it without getting the parts wet, but now I simply use a bottle brush and the hose sprayer to clean the insides. I rinse only the spinner part of the top and then wipe the rest with a damp paper towel. I dry both when I am done with a paper towel. I have even had relatives accidently wash the whole unit. It creates great foam and is simple and quick to use. I was spending $5 a day on mocha lattes. Now I make my own every morning with chocolate syrup and caramel. In my opinion, this was a great investment!
Pros: Easy to fill, Easy to use
Cons: Requires care w cleaning

Expensive item to only last a few months

I purchased this frother as a birthday present to myself in April 2013. It's not a product that I use more than 8 - 10 times per month so I don't understand why I paid nearly $80 for a product that stopped working in July 2013. I followed all instructions, used only skim milk and was careful to not get the electrical parts wet. The frother was a wonderful product until it stopped working.
Pros: Well Insulated, Pours Cleanly, Easy to fill
Cons: Poor Product Design, Difficult To Clean, EASILY broken

We really enjoy frothed milk with our coffee, and we were happy using this product when we first got it. But after 4 months of daily use, the frother stopped spinning, so we called customer service and they kindly shipped us a new top. Another 4 months or so went by, and the replacement they sent has also stopped working. We followed the directions on cleaning it, being sure not to submerge the top in water, so we are very disappointed that this product does not last.
