I absolutely love this frother. The first one I got broke in about 6 weeks. Just stopped working so I called Kuerig and they sent me a brand new one, no questions asked and I haven't had a problem. I love how fast and easy this works and the froth is awesome! Highly recommend.
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to fill, Quality Construction, Pours Cleanly

KEURIG SERVICE ROCKS!

I also had a problem with the plastic piece that attached the frothing coil, which broke while cleaning. That being said, I called Keurig and the service I received was impeccable! They are sending out a new frother. I cannot wait, this makes my average cup of coffee more like what I spend $3-$5 for.
Pros: Attractive design, Easy to fill
Cons: Difficult To Clean, Flimsy Construction

Love love love this product !!! Why can't it be built more sturdy! Replacing it every few months is abit pricey. If you get a speck of water on the handle where the top and handle electrically meet its dead! Sad very sad
Pros: It makes me happy

I love lattes and I have tried SEVERAL frothers, I even bought Starbucks barista coffee maker. This is the BEST frother I have ever used. Please don't stop making it!

Worked great at first. Fast. Great foam. Good temperature. I had trouble cleaning it because milk kept getting into the tiny parts and drying and the whisker thing would need a good soak before I could get it working again. I finally tossed it because after only a few months of use the inside coating was wearing off into the milk I was drinking. That didn't seem very healthy. When I contacted keurig with this issue, I never received a response. Great idea, poor quality. Now I just heat milk in a pan and whisk it. Not the best but it works. Way overpriced for the length of time it's usable.
Cons: Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Latte made easy!

I love this little appliance! I make Chai latte almost everyday using plain Chai k-cup and then frothing my own milk! Also a lot of fun for special coffees at parties, and heating milk for hot chocolate!

Cleaning it is a challenge

Poorly designed for cleaning purposes. The milk cooks to the element area and it is difficult to get anything inside to clean the bottom where it is cooked on. Found a scrapper with a handle but it still takes about five minutes to scrape all the cooked milk off the bottom. Then to wash it without getting water on the electronics. High price for such a simple product. Very disappointed.

Milk Stirrer broke
