Broken early on like most others

I loved my brewer so much that I bought the frother without reading reviews. MY FAULT. Like almost all other negative reviews, my frother stopped frothing after 6 weeks. Such a shame because it worked beautifully at first. I've been calling Keurig for 2 days now, STILL waiting to hear back from a Customer Care person about a replacement. This is a shame. Similar complaints from everywhere I see this frother on sale, why can't Keurig just make a better product by now?
Pros: Easy to fill, Attractive design
Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only lasts 4 months

I purchased one and it died well within its warranty period. The store replaced it and it died as well. It simply stops spinning. Four months tops.
Pros: Attractive design, Easy to use
Cons: Doesn't last

seriously? I just had to replace this for the 3rd time! At least the first one lasted almost 9 months; the second and third ones only lasted about 5 months. Kind of ridiculous since it costs close to $100 with shipping. I use it once per day and keep it clean. What a joke. The only reason I keep getting the same piece of junk is b/c the store I was buying them from kept exchanging free of charge; but now they no longer carry it. Smart on their part but bummer for me. Thanks Keurig for nothing. Now my 3rd one no longer works and I have to go spend another $100 for a DIFFERENT brand.

We use this product just about everyday. Beautiful! Makes consistent froth everytime and clean-up is a breeze. Just remember to wipe it out everytime or else it will build up the heated milk. So easy to use!!! I drove across town to find out and I'm glad I did. I LOVE IT!

I would say buy the cheaper frother, it all does the same thing and might last longer. AND ABSOLUTELY CLEAN YOUR KEURIG FROTHER IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE.

Cons: Awkward, HARD TO CLEAN

I can't tell you how much I love this! The froth is perfect! Getting another for work. Simply pour in, close the lid, and push the button. So much easier and better froth than home espresso or hand frothers. The froth is perfect, just like a store bought latte.I hope it last!!

Needs larger opening to clean bottom

The frother works great, but the milk scalds the bottom, making it impossible to get clean. Needs a wider opening to get your hand and sponge down on the bottom to clean.
Pros: Frothing works great

add a little sugar to the milk and it makes easy whipped cream. In reference to those that had a problem with burning, I suggest to new owners to use a soft cloth to clean it, an abrasive one will probably cut through the coating. The machine is easily cleaned if cleaned immediately.
