Some work some don't-- DISAPPOINTING

The performance is variable. You have less than a 50/50 chance of getting one that works. I bought one as a Christmas present for my sister and I was very impressed with it so I bought one for myself. It didn't work so returned in immediately. Bought another one, it doesn't work either. Bottom-line: One worked, one doesn't. Mine doesn't create and hold a foam. Very disappointed and out @ [$] dollars. Don't even think it is worth sending it back because by my experience the chances are what they will return to me won't work anyway. Time to buy a the Nestle frother.

Something seriously wrong with it

Had a bad piece, died after 8-10 uses. Got a replacement that didn't power at all. Something seriously wrong with the design. Get back to your drawing board.Go read the reviews [...]. Everyone complained of same problem. Guaranteed to last not more than 3 months!
Pros: Smooth Taste
Cons: 3 month life

Loved my frother until it broke

I received my frother for Christmas and I have loved the results I've gotten from it, until today when I went to clean it and the white plastic clip that holds the froth coil broke. I have always taken great care in cleaning this and feel that 3 months of mostly Sunday morning use, it should last longer. What will I do this Sunday morning with no froth???
Pros: Attractive design, Easy to fill
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Difficult To Clean, Messy Pour Spout

I purchased this product thinking it would fit my needs of my being the only one in the household using it. After it arrived, I was pleased with how it looked, the compactness and easy storage due to it's size, and the quick time it took to froth milk. I loved it! But alas, the on switch malfunctioned after using it for about a month, (and not every day). After talking with Customer Service, I was told it would have been replaced by Keurig only if I had the serial # (I had thrown the frother away when it quit working) My order information itself was not enough, so if this happens to you..........don't throw away your malfunctioning frother! Very disappointing, and frustrating, but I am going to order another and give it one more try. I will recommend this if the new one lasts!

I kept trying to make my latte and the milk placed in this was barely warm. I like a nice hot coffee drink even in summer and for the price I was really unhappy that this would not work. Took it back and bought a 4 dollar hand held batttery operated milk frother and put my milk in microwave. Works much better. Would have loved this if it had worked
Pros: Well Insulated, Attractive design, Quality Construction
Cons: Milk not even lukewarm

Love being able to make fancy coffee drinks at home. This frother is simple to use, and easy to clean.
