Not well made

I used this item for less than a month, perhaps two dozen times. I was careful to keep the exterior dry, I used the skim milk it suggested, and it still quit actually spinning in less than a month of use. I only used it once a day in the time it was working and was VERY careful. What a waste of money!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not very reliable

This frother broke down within a month of use and we returned it just before the store return policy. The unit started flashing and wouldn't froth out of the blue. It is difficult to clean as you cannot immerse it in water so any drop of water in the lid will kill it. It was a bit too high maintenance so we exchanged for a Nespresso model instead, which was even recommended by [@] staff. Same price but way easier to maintain and is very quiet.
Pros: Easy to fill, Attractive design, Well Insulated
Cons: Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use this product everyday to enhance my Keurig mini coffee. Absolutely love it, and all my friends do too. What a very special treat for myself every day. Feels like I am being really pampered. Easy to clean and use. Thanks Keurig.
Pros: Attractive design, Well Insulated, Easy to fill, Pours Cleanly, Quality Construction, Easy to clean
Cons: Price could be lower

my dayhome kids luv when i bring out the frother and make them drinks by adding sugar free syrups to the milk every friday quick and easy to use it tends to overflow if i pour the milk past the most froth line

This is a wonderful device. Not sure why any says it is hard to clean it is not. Makes the already great Keurig coffe even better. As good or better than Starbucks. You need this if you have a Keurig. Highly recommend it.

Overall I am disappointed with this product. We have a Keurig K-cup, which we love, but this frother/warmer doesn't measure. It holds a minimal amount of liquid, so I usually have to do 2 rounds of the Keurig to get my drink. Furthermore, when the frother piece is in, over half of the liquid turns to froth, so I get less than a half a cup of actual liquid. Finally, the liquid usually comes out luke-warm. I recommend spending your money on something that is worth the high price.

Cons: Doesn't heat enough, Low liquid capacity, Difficult To Clean

I used this only a couple times before the the edge of the plastic part that holds the wisk on broke. I was able to keep it working with superglue, but a few uses later, the other side of the plastic part broke. I superglued that side to in order to keep it working because it's such an expensive little gadget and it does produce nicely frothed milk. I am very careful with this device so it's ridiculous how easily it breaks with a little use.
Pros: Pours Cleanly, Easy to clean, Easy to fill
Cons: Flimsy Construction

AWESOME FOAM!

I have tried many espresso machines and frothers. This works wonderful! So easy and foam is WONDERFUL. Just like a professional barista! You simply pour in the milk and push a button. A few seconds later the milk is in a perfect tight froth with steamed milk on the bottom. Pour, Spoon froth, and enjoy a perfect drink. Can't say enough about this!!!!
