Really Disappointed!

Really loved this frother and have owned it for several months but like other reviews I have read the plastic piece that holds the heating element broke. I just assumed that there would be a replacement part for this and problem solved only to find that this doesn't exist. I now have a useless milk frother that I will be throwing away today. Only used it on weekends so very light use. I just purchased another brand today and hope it will be more reliable. Definitely needs to be redesigned and made more durable for that price point it is what you should expect.
Pros: Attractive design, Easy to fill
Cons: Messy Pour Spout, Difficult To Clean, Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yes, life has gotten even better. First you invented the perfect cup of coffee with your brewers, Then, a perfect latte with this little machine, perfectly warmed milk, excellent foam. I find that skim milk words best. Thanks

Super easy to use with the fill lines inside the carafe. One button operation. Takes only 90 seconds to make lovely, foamy, milk! Very easy to clean with no burnt or crusty residue. Just rinse with water and wipe clean. Because the outside of the carafe stays cool to the touch, my kids can use the hot milk setting to make hot chocolate or steamers(with maple syrup). The little wisk attatchment does a super job foaming the milk for coffee and chai tea. I bought mine onsale after waiting for a year but knowing what I know now, I would pay full retail, I love it that much! I plan to give this as a gift to my coffee loving family and friends.

Makes great frothed/scalded milk.

Even my wife, who hates machines, uses the frother freely. It's flawless in it's creation of frothed milk for cappucinos or scalded milk for cafe au lait. The only drawbacks are the fact that it ALWAYS leaves a residue of burnt milk on the bottom of the pot that has to be scrubbed out with a non-abrasive cloth, and the frother, which, because of its delicate structure, I'm afraid will break. That being said, we use it constantly. For its current price I'd buy it, and give it as a gift, in a second.
Pros: Works Quickly, Really easy to use, Unique
Cons: Always browned residue, A slight pain to clean

Starbucks without the bucks

This adds a nice little touch to a cup of coffee, cafe mocha, or hot chocolate. Very simple to use and quick at that - I start it while my brewer is warming up then add a small amount on the bottom then top it off when my drink is done. I add a little whipped cream, decorate with crushed almonds and chocolate syrup drizzle and I have a $6 drink without leaving my home. I may even buy another to bring to work! Love it! Just a note to those that are considering and going solely on reviews, if a product indicates that it is not to be submerged in water and you do so to clean it then it malfunctions, that is operator error and not Keurig's fault.
Pros: Unique, Small Amount for 1 cup

This product is so great. I have one and so does my mom. We love it! Yes, you do have some cleaning up but any frother of this nature I have had in the past does the same thing!! My mom had a problem with the cover and keurig replaced it without problems. I have never had a problem with this wonderful company replacing a faulty product or helping me figure out what happened. They are an excellent company that values their customers. They have never let me down and I will continue to purchase keurig products without hesitation.

This product works perfectly. The only issue I have found is that you cannot froth fat free milk with Omega3 additives. Any skim or plain fat free milk works great. Follow the recipes and make your coffee using dark roast or extra bold on the SMALLEST cup size available on your Keurig. You want to end up with espresso-like coffee.

My SECOND coffee frother just broke yesterday. No, I didn't submerge it in water. This is not an inexpensive item. I would have hoped that each of the frothers I had would have lasted a year. The problem on my latest one seems to be with the push button start. When I push the button the light barely glows green and the machine itself won't run. Remembering how difficult it was for me to speak to anyone from customer service I think I'll pass on purchasing number 3.
