Great Frothed Milk, Not Easy to Clean

Excellent at frothing milk. Much simpler to use than frothing equipment attached to cappuccino machines. But the inside is not truly non-stick and after the first couple uses, the milk became burned to the bottom of the frother. Cleaning the burned milk is a chore. Unfortunately, after the first scrubbing, the "non-stick" surface scrubbed off.
Pros: Fast, Frothy
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I've only used this a few times but I absolutely love it. I've made a couple mocha drinks and the frother made the milk the perfect temperature. I also used it to make my daughter some cocoa and she said it was really good. I also enjoy drinking Ovaltine warmed and this little machine is perfect for that. I used to heat milk in the microwave or on the stove and it took so long to get it right! So far I've used it without the whisk and it makes the perfect amount of milk to foam. I don't know what it's like with the whisk. I use skim milk and that works well. Right after pouring it into the cup I just rinse the lid and vessel with hot water, wipe it with a paper towel and it's ready to go again. It's small enough to store right next to my Keurig brewer and the cord stores nicely in the base. Love it.

Wish it worked longer than 6 months

I loved this.... When it works. I have returned 2 in the last year. I used mine every morning and they seem to only last about 6 months :(
Pros: Pours Cleanly, Easy to fill
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Difficult To Clean

I work at a restaurant and wanted a froth machine and bought this. It doesn't froth at all. The on at work you can take your spoon and scoop out the froth and turn it upside down and it doesn't even drip or fall off the spoon.. well this is like pouring your spoon out..It's a toy that doesn't work!!! Shouldn't be selling this product!

Love it! Bought to use as a Christmas gift for my husband. Opened it the day it came and used it right away! Makes great frothed milk for my cafe au laits. Paired with my brewer and sugar free flavored syrups I can make a coffee treat that will rival any coffee shop coffee at a fraction of the cost and calories! I hope all the electrical kinks have been worked out and it continues to work great.

I received this as a birthday gift from my son and it lasted only 6 months before it would not froth any more. I probably used it about a dozen times in that time period. I tried to take it back to one of the popular Super stores where it was purchased and that store no longer carries this product; in fact it is not even listed as a product on their website. Guess it's a too bad, so sad.

I never write reviews but thought this deserved one. This Frother works great when it works. We have been using it every day for three months and thought maybe the reviews were wrong. In just a few minutes, you go from milk to ready to pour froth - no hassle at all. Takes a bit to clean the scalded milk from bottom but a brush does just fine. Problem is, it just died yesterday - stopped heating and spinning. Keurig was quite responsive and is sending one out immediately - so stars for customer service. They said they do not know why they are breaking so I am not confident this one will work but as long as they continue to replace under warranty - I will use it because it is just such a pleasure to have quick frothed milk. I like it so well I am thinking about buying a second unit if it goes bad again and keep it as a back up.

Cons: Unreliable, Tricky To Clean

This frother pays for itself after a few uses. Imagine what you save instead of going to the coffee shop. I did notice not all creamers will foam up all fancy. With a regular wash and care, this item has lasted! It does need more than a rinse. I use mine twice a day at a minimum.
