I love the fact that you don't have to "know" how to froth milk before using this. It does it all for you and all with one touch of a button!

Not sure why so many people have written poor reviews. This thing rocks! Cold milk froth's and heats up in about a minute. Insulation keeps milk hot while waiting for coffee to brew. Very easy to clean. As one reviewer noted, just swish some water around in the container and wipe dry with a dry cloth. The stirrir is a two piece assembly that can easily be taken apart and cleaned by just running water over it. Easy to put back together.

Very Disappointed

Got this for Christmas, loved it, worked great for one month and then stopped working. Contacted Keurig and they sent a new top. It worked great for again a month and has now quit again. Cleaning was done as suggested by Keurig, it was never submersed in water. Very Disappointed.
Pros: Easy to fill, Pours Cleanly, Attractive design, Easy to clean
Cons: Flimsy Construction

As the previous 2 comments stated, we had the same problem with the whip not spinning twice. The company had to send a new frother the first time, and now I am waiting for their reply the second time. We have been very careful with the cleaning as not to get the top lid wet. When it operates, it is great at foaming and heating milk for coffee or hot chocolate. Unfortunately, there is just a defect in the design of the lid that needs to be addressed by the company.

Stopped working- won't heat

This frother was used every evening for a month then one night it turned off early. Milk was frothed but not heated. Now the on button lights up green but then immediately turns off. Trouble shooting information for this device is impossible to find as are repair shops in our area.

Cons: Difficult To Clean

Love my Keurig Frother!

I make a matcha green tea latte every morning and my Keurig Frother steams and froths my milk perfectly!(I use soy or almond milk.) I can make my lattes or hot chocolate exactly how I like them, at a lower cost than going out to an esspresso/tea cafe and in the comfort of my own home. One of the best purchases of my life!

My wife and I enjoy the coffee ritual (grinding, brewing, frothing) in the mornings. We had been using the old fashion steam frother on an Espresso machine but liked the looks and convenience of this machine and purchased it for Christmas. The first six weeks we LOVED it. Then one morning the plastic wing that held the spring for frothing just broke off. Two weeks later the whip stopped spinning and now it isn't even heating properly. I cannot find a repair or service site locally or on line. I am most disappointed in what could be a great "must have" asset to a K cup morning.
