Waste of money

The first one we bought broke after the first try. Keurig was quick to replace it which was nice however the second one broke after the second try. We didn't bother ordering a new one.
Pros: Attractive design, Easy to fill
Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my milk frother

adding warmed milk from the milk frother to my coffee in the morning is heaven heats the milk quickly cleans up easily easy to use

I have had this product for several years. When I bought it the price was higher than what is now, but I still feel that I have come out ahead. I loved frothed milk. I have bought several hand held frothers and paid anywhere from $15 to $20 only to have them break after a few months. This little machine warms and froths the milk. As I said I have had it for over 3 years and it still works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't think of anything wrong with the product. Shuts off automatically leaving a great pot of froth and hot milk. Costs much less than the similar Nespresso frother, and if it breaks down I can easily get it replaced over the counter at [@] where I purchased it.

I was uncertain about getting this after I read so many reviews of it not working after a short time. I've had mine for one month and I love it!! Warm milk/froth in less time than it takes to brew a cup of coffee (I have the mini K). I am wondering about those who say it is hard to clean?? I swish a bit of water around, put a cloth in to get anything that might be stuck and then a quick rinse and then I dry it right away.... it takes 10 seconds from start to finish. I am being very careful with it and making sure no water gets anywhere but inside, and I make sure that I dont tip the lid upside down after taking it out. So far so good... I would really be disappointed if it stopped working.

Pretty good but it just broken

To be fair, it is a good product, very easy to use and within 90 seconds it serves a fairly good creamy textured and smooth sensation of frothed milk. However, its milk stirrer just broken maybe because it is plastic and can not last long enough when it heat milk. Right now, it is useless staying in my kitchen. Who can help to fix it? or just throw away?

Cons: Difficult To Clean

Stopped working

We had it for three weeks absolutely loved it until one Sunday morning we were looking forward to a latte, I started the frothing of the milk while making the first cup of coffee and it stopped sooner than it usually did, I checked all connections, waited a few minutes tried to start it again...nothing, very disappointed!!

A household treasure

except for the small reservoir, this is a perfect treat for coffee drinkers who like either warm milk, or froth. We like to slow down for Sunday morning coffee and this is the right thing for it.It's easy and quick to prepare and cleaqn afterwards. We would like a slightly larger version to serve more people. We purchased and own two now. WMochaE MIGHT NEED ANOTHER
